Bestpadel Review
The Triton Pro 2.0 is a 2023 model designed for competitive players. It features a teardrop shape with a high balance, contributing to its offensive character. Its construction includes a 38 mm carbon fiber frame, and the hitting surface is made from 3K carbon fiber with a textured finish, providing a firm feel. The core is crafted from EVA PRO 50, a hard-density material, which complements the overall firm composition of the racket. Weighing between 350-380g, it’s built for adult players seeking a robust option. In our testing, we found this racket truly shines in offensive situations. We attributed it a power score of 8.1/10, making it well-suited for aggressive play. The hard surface and core contribute significantly to this power output. While its power is a clear strength, we rate its control at 6.1/10, which indicates a slight trade-off, common with high-power rackets. Spin generation is quite good, with our team scoring it 7.8/10, partly due to the textured surface. However, its difficulty rating is 8.6/10, suggesting it’s best suited for experienced players who can manage its demands. We also rated its durability at 7.8/10. Overall, the Triton Pro 2.0 is a compelling choice for an attacking player who prioritizes power and spin and has the skill set to handle a demanding racket. Its firm feel and high balance make it a true weapon at the net and for smashes. We rate its value for money at 5.6/10. If you’ve played with this racket, we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
Manufacturer's Description
Triton Pro is the harder of the two Triton rackets and, like its sibling, has a teardrop shape for better balance higher up in the racket. A technical racket, perfect for advanced players who want extra power in their offensive play without losing control. The hitting surface has Starvie's characteristic structure and consists of 2 layers of Carbon 3K. The handle is also 1 cm longer for those who like to play two-handed backhand. A true attack weapon!
