Welcome to BestPadel.com ("the Portal"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

BestPadel.com is a digital platform designed to connect the Padel community. It facilitates court discovery, coaching directory listings, and player matchmaking. The Portal serves three primary user types: Players, Padel Coaches, and Club Owners/Administrators.

2. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features require the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2.1 Player Accounts

Players use the Portal to find clubs, coaches, and playing partners. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

2.2 Padel Coach Accounts

Coaches may create professional profiles.

Veracity: Coaches represent that all certifications, experience, and pricing listed are accurate.

Affiliations: Coaches may link their profiles to physical Clubs ("Teaching Venues"). BestPadel.com does not verify employment contracts; affiliations are for directory purposes only.

2.3 Club Owner/Admin Accounts

Club Owners manage venue profiles and listings.

Authority: You represent that you have the legal authority to represent the Club you claim on the Portal.

Data Accuracy: Clubs are responsible for keeping court availability, pricing, and facilities information up to date.

3. Usage for Unlogged Visitors

Visitors who browse the site without logging in may access public directory listings. However, use of the site is subject to the "Acceptable Use" policy outlined in Section 4.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or spider the directory data for commercial use or to build a competing database.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including falsely claiming to be a certified coach or club owner.
• Harass or abuse other players or coaches through the platform's contact features.

5. Relationships and Disclaimers

5.1 No Employment Relationship

BestPadel.com is a directory and matchmaking platform. We do not employ coaches and are not an agent for any club. Any coaching session or court booking is a direct contract between the involved users.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

BestPadel.com is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by coaches or clubs listed on the platform. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from matches or coaching sessions arranged through the Portal.

6. Content Ownership

User Content: You retain ownership of the photos, bios, and descriptions you upload. By posting content, you grant BestPadel.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content for the purpose of operating the service.

Platform Content: All logos, site architecture, and data structures are the property of BestPadel.com.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or engages in behavior detrimental to the Padel community.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
