The Aquila Speed features a teardrop shape with a medium balance, crafted with a carbon fiber frame and a 3K carbon fiber smooth surface. This combination, paired with its soft EVA Ultra Soft core, is designed to offer a comfortable feel on impact. In our testing, we found that its construction contributes to a good blend of playability, making it a suitable option for intermediate players. We observed a weight range of 350-385g, which allows for some customization in feel. When playing with the Aquila Speed, we noted its medium surface firmness provided a responsive touch. We rate its control at 6.3/10, reflecting its ability to place the ball accurately, and its power at 5.1/10, which we found to be adequate for driving the ball without being overly demanding. Spin generation, according to our tests, scored 5.3/10. We attributed its difficulty at 5.9/10, suggesting it's approachable for its target intermediate adult player group, and we rate its durability at 6.7/10.
