Bestpadel Review
The Basalto Osiris 2.0 presents itself as a versatile option for competitive players. In our testing, we found its teardrop shape and medium balance contributed to an all-round feel, performing capably across different areas of the court. We particularly noted its ability to generate spin, attributing it an 8.1/10 for this characteristic due to its rough surface and 3K carbon fiber and basalt construction. Digging deeper, the combination of 3K carbon fiber and basalt on the surface, paired with a medium EVA Soft 30 core, provides a firm but forgiving feel upon impact. While we rated its power at 6.5/10 and control at 6.1/10, we felt it offered a balanced response for players who value both aspects. Its durability, which we assessed at 7.4/10, is a positive, suggesting resilience during extended play. We do rate its difficulty at 7.6/10, indicating it might suit players with a solid technical foundation. Overall, the Basalto Osiris 2.0 is a well-constructed racket for adult competition players seeking an all-rounder with a strong emphasis on spin. Its thoughtful material combination offers a robust feel, though its higher difficulty score suggests it's best suited for experienced hands. We'd love to hear your experiences with this racket in the comments below.
Manufacturer's Description
Unlike its sibling Basalto Osiris Pro 2.0, this model has a softer core and is therefore more gentle. The racket stands out with its teardrop shape and high balance. The hitting surface is constructed with basalt and Carbon 3K, providing greater durability and resistance. An offensive racket with a lovely, slightly softer hit that helps you with increased precision. The structure in the hitting surface is implemented already in the mold, making it incredibly durable.
