How do I write a review for a club?

Log in with a verified account, open the club page, and find the reviews section. Click to write a review, give a star rating (1–5), and add your text. Submit to publish. Your review helps other players.

Can I edit or delete my review?

You can edit or delete your own review from the review section on the club or coach page, or from your account. Moderation may remove reviews that break our guidelines; you will not be able to edit those once removed.

How are club ratings calculated?

Club ratings are the average of all star ratings (1–5) left by users. The total number of reviews is shown. Only verified users' reviews count. The average is displayed on the club card and club page.

Are reviews moderated on BestPadel?

Yes. We may hide or remove reviews that violate our guidelines (e.g. offensive content, spam, or fake reviews). Serious or repeated breaches can lead to account restrictions.

Can I report an inappropriate review?

Use the "Report" option on the review if available, or contact us with the club or coach name and the review content. We will review and take action if it breaks our guidelines.

Do I need an account to write a review?

Yes. You need a BestPadel account with a verified email to write a review. This helps us keep reviews genuine and reduces spam.

Can I add photos to my review?

When writing a review, you may have the option to attach one or more photos. Follow the instructions on the form (size, format). Photos help others see the courts or facilities.

How do I review a padel coach?

Open the coach's profile and go to the reviews section. If you have taken a lesson with them, you can leave a star rating and a written review. You must be logged in with a verified account.

Why was my review removed?

Reviews are removed if they break our guidelines (e.g. offensive language, spam, or not based on a real experience). If your review was removed, you can contact us to ask why; we may not restore it if it violated the rules.

Can club owners respond to reviews?

Accepted Answer

Club owners and admins can often reply to reviews from their club management dashboard. This lets them thank reviewers or clarify facts. Replies appear under the review on the club page.
