To create a coach profile on BestPadel: Sign in to your BestPadel account (or create one at bestpadel.com/auth/register). Make sure your email is verified — you will receive a verification link right after registration. Go to My Account → Coach Profile (or visit bestpadel.com/account/coach). Click Create Coach Profile to activate your profile. It will start in Pending Approval status while our team reviews it. Once approved, your profile becomes Active and is visible to players searching for coaches near your club locations. Tip: Link your profile to the clubs where you coach (in the Clubs tab) to appear in local coach searches.

You can use the ✨ Generate Summary AI button to draft one automatically. Languages — the languages you can coach in (up to 5). Teaching Levels — whether you teach Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced players. Hourly Rate & Currency — your standard lesson rate. Booking Hours — the days and times you are available for lessons. Club Affiliations — the venues where you provide lessons. This is crucial for SEO and local discoverability. The more complete your profile, the higher you will rank in search results.

If you are on Premium , you can click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time. Payments are processed by Charmetant Consulting (the parent company of BestPadel) so that name may appear on your bank statement.

To add a club:

Click Add Club.
Search for your club by name, city or country.
Click the club in the results — it is linked instantly.

To remove a club:

In your affiliations list, click the ✕ button next to the club you want to remove.

Each club you affiliate with creates a separate indexed page for your coach profile at that location, multiplying your local SEO reach.

Can I reactivate an archived coach profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes — reactivating is instant and requires no approval.

Go to My Account → Coach Profile (bestpadel.com/account/coach).
You will see an orange "Profile not visible" banner at the top.
Click Publish Profile.

Your profile will immediately become active and searchable again. Alternatively, you can do this from the Edit Profile view by scrolling to the bottom and clicking Publish Profile in the danger zone.

Question 10

How do I permanently delete my coach profile?

Accepted Answer

If you want to completely remove your coach presence from BestPadel:

Go to My Account → Coach Profile → Profile tab.
Click Edit Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the form.
Click Delete Profile (red button).
A confirmation modal will list everything that will be deleted.
Click Yes, Delete Permanently to confirm.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. The following data will be permanently deleted:

Your public coach profile and bio
All club affiliations
All student reviews and ratings
Your billing and subscription history

Tip: If you are only taking a break, consider archiving your profile instead — it hides your profile without losing any data, and you can reactivate it anytime.
