Bestpadel Review
The Siux Liberty Control is a round-shaped racket designed for players prioritizing precision and feel. With its low balance and weight ranging from 355 to 375 grams, we found it offers excellent maneuverability on court. The 12K carbon fiber surface, combined with a hard texture and a medium firmness EVA core, creates a clear ball contact that aids in accurate shot placement. This construction makes it a solid choice for intermediate adult players looking for a balanced feel without sacrificing responsiveness. In our testing, we observed that the Liberty Control truly lives up to its name. We rate its control at 7.4/10, making it very forgiving on off-center hits and easy to guide the ball. While power is not its primary strength, scoring 5.6/10 in our assessment, it compensates significantly with exceptional spin generation, which we attributed 9/10. The rough surface texture greatly assists in putting extra rotation on the ball, making it a "Spin Maestro" as classified. Its reinforced carbon fiber frame also contributes to its "Unbreakable" trait, with a durability score of 8.1/10. Overall, this racket provides a comfortable and precise experience, particularly for defensive plays, blocks, and well-placed volleys. We rate its difficulty at 5.8/10, suggesting it's approachable for a wide range of intermediate players. If you've had a chance to play with the Liberty Control, we'd love to hear your thoughts on its performance in the comments below.
Manufacturer's Description
Siux Liberty Control is a round and controlling model with low balance aimed at those who want precision and a large, easily hit sweet spot without completely giving up speed. The racket has surfaces made from 12K carbon fiber that provide a firm and clear contact with good ball behavior, while the core is medium-hard EVA which combines comfort with sufficient responsiveness when you press on. The frame is a reinforced carbon fiber construction (bitubular) that increases stability and durability, and the neck/bridge is stiffened to reduce twisting and vibrations on off-center hits. In play, the racket is perceived as responsive in defense but very precise in blocks, lobs, and placed volleys, and the round shape makes it easy to control even in longer rallies.
