In our testing, we found it delivers an impressive amount of force behind the ball; we rate its power at 8.4/10. This comes partly from the Tricarbon 18K surface, which provides a hard feel on contact. While power is its strong suit, we observed that control requires a precise touch, as we attributed it 5.1/10 in our control assessment. However, the textured surface and medium MultiEVA core contribute to excellent spin generation, scoring 8.8/10 in our tests, making it effective for adding bite to volleys and smashes. Its carbon fiber frame also contributes to its robust feel and durability, which we rate at 9.3/10. Given its characteristics, the Hack 04 is best suited for competition-level adult players with an attacking playstyle. Its high difficulty rating of 8.6/10 suggests it demands a good level of technical skill and physical strength to manage effectively. Players who consistently seek to dominate points from the net and finish with powerful smashes will likely appreciate what this racket offers.
