The Hack 02 Performance presents a hybrid shape with a medium balance, offering a blend of power and control. We observed its 38mm carbon fiber frame, paired with a Fibrix surface composed of fiberglass and carbon fiber, contributes to a hard surface feel. The soft EVA core, however, balances this with a degree of comfort. In our testing, we attributed it 4.8/10 for power and 5.5/10 for control, indicating a balanced performance profile suitable for an all-rounder playstyle. We also rated its spin at 5/10, suggesting average spin generation. Given its characteristics and our assessment of its difficulty at 5.4/10, this racket is well-suited for beginner adult players. Its construction aims for a combination of durability, which we rate at 6.3/10, and playability. Priced at $170, we attributed it 5.6/10 for value for money, making it a reasonable option for those starting out who are looking for a versatile racket. If you have experience playing with the Hack 02 Performance, we invite you to share your thoughts in the comments below.
