Can I update my billing or subscription from my coach profile?
Yes. Go to My Account → Coach Profile → Billing tab.
- If you are on the Free plan, you will see the Premium Coach subscription benefits and a Subscribe button linking to our secure Stripe checkout.
- If you are on Premium, you can click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time. Payments are processed by Charmetant Consulting (the parent company of BestPadel) so that name may appear on your bank statement.
