Why are there errors on my club's profile?

We understand that encountering inaccuracies on your club's profile can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

BestPadel utilizes advanced AI technology to manage and process a vast amount of data from padel clubs worldwide. While our AI is incredibly efficient, it can occasionally make errors or misinterpret information during the initial processing phase.

Rest assured, every club profile is also reviewed by our team of human moderators. However, there can sometimes be a delay between when the data is processed by our AI and when a human moderator can thoroughly review and correct it.

The good news is that you have direct ways to help us ensure your club's information is always accurate:

  • If you notice a minor error on any club page, you can use the "Suggest a modification" feature located directly on the club's profile. This sends a quick update request to our team.
  • If you are the owner or manager of the club, you can claim and manage your profile. Look for the "Manage this club" option on your club's page. This allows you to directly edit and update all your club's details, ensuring everything is perfectly accurate and up-to-date.
