Where do I see tournament invitations?

Tournament invitations appear in your notification center: click the bell icon in the header (you'll see an unread count) or go to Account → Notifications. Each invitation shows the tournament title, date, and who invited you. From there you can Accept or Decline. If you accept, you are added to the tournament's participant list when applicable.
