How do I accept or decline a tournament invitation?

Open Account → Notifications and find the tournament invitation. Click Accept to join the tournament (you'll be added as a participant when applicable) or Decline to turn it down. You can only respond once; after that the invitation is marked as accepted or declined. You can still open the tournament page from the notification to see details before deciding.
